Refund conditions follow each provider’s official cancellation policy, which may include:
Free cancellation within a defined timeframe
Partial refund based on timing
Non-refundable bookings
Refund requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in. Processing time: 5 business days Bank/processor return time: 7–14 business days
Attraction Ticket Refunds
Most attraction tickets are non-refundable unless:
The venue is closed
The event is canceled
In eligible cases, we issue a full refund or offer an alternative date. Requests made ≥ 48 hours before visit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Fee
A 5% non-refundable processing fee may apply unless the provider is responsible for the issue.
No-Shows
No refunds for no-shows unless explicitly stated otherwise by the provider.
